Azeloyl glycine is a skincare ingredient derived from azelaic acid, a natural acid found in grains. Unlike azelaic acid, azeloyl glycine is water-soluble, has a smaller molecular weight, and can penetrate the skin more deeply and quickly. It is effective at reducing hyperpigmentation, improving skin texture, and minimizing pores. Azeloyl glycine is also less irritating than other acids commonly used in skincare, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
